Trinitrotoluene

TNT was first prepared in 1863 by German chemist Joseph Wilbrand[3] and originally used as a yellow dye. Its potential as an explosive was not appreciated for several years mainly because it was so difficult to detonate and because it was less powerful than alternatives. TNT can be safely poured when liquid into shell cases, and is so insensitive that in 1910, it was exempted from the UK's Explosives Act 1875 and was not considered an explosive for the purposes of manufacture and storage.
The German armed forces adopted it as a filling for artillery shells in 1902. TNT-filled armour-piercing shells would explode after they had penetrated the armour of British capital ships, whereas the British lyddite-filled shells tended to explode upon striking armour, thus expending much of their energy outside the ship. The British started replacing lyddite with TNT in 1907. TNT is still widely used by the United States military and construction companies around the world. The majority of TNT currently used by the US military is manufactured by Radford Army Ammunition Plant near Radford, Virginia.
For many years, TNT used to be the reference point for the Figure of Insensitivity. TNT has a rating of exactly 100 on the F of I scale. However, the reference has since been changed to a more sensitive explosive called RDX, which has an F of I of 80.
TNT is one of the most commonly used explosives for military and industrial applications. It is valued because of its insensitivity to shock and friction, which reduces the risk of accidental detonation. TNT melts at 80 °C (176 °F), far below the temperature at which it will spontaneously detonate, allowing it to be poured as well as safely combined with other explosives. TNT neither absorbs nor dissolves in water, which allows it to be used effectively in wet environments. Additionally, it is relatively stable when compared to other high explosives.
Although blocks of TNT are available in various sizes (e.g. 250 g, 500 g, 1,000 g and even 20 kg[2]), it is more commonly encountered in synergistic explosive blends comprising a variable percentage of TNT plus other ingredients.

My Work Is Haunted.
With J-Dog as my witness there is some freaky stuff that happens in that stockroom.
CREATOR
Me, I'm a Creator
Thrill is to make it up
The rules I break got me a place
Up on the radar
Me, I'm a Taker
Know what the stakes are
Can't roll *it back, it's* understood
Got to play our cards

Best Day Ever

Hi. We’re blink-182.
This past week there’ve been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us. To put it simply, We’re back. We mean, really back. Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy.
Summer 2009.
Thanks and get ready…

HELL MUTHAFUCKIN YES CALLED IT!
Long-suffering Blink-182 fans, your prayers have been answered. Or, at least, taken a step toward being answered. On Thursday (February 5), the Recording Academy announced that Blink-182 will reunite at Sunday's 51st Annual Grammy Awards ... as presenters.
It will mark the first time that all three members of Blink — Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker — have shared a stage together since December 2004. They announced they were going on "indefinite hiatus" in February 2005, and since then have been trading barbs and focusing on new projects — Hoppus and Barker with +44, DeLonge with Angels & Airwaves.
But in recent months, that frosty relationship seems to have thawed. First, Hoppus wrote a blog announcing that he, Barker and DeLonge had begun spending time together, fueling rumors of a full-scale Blink-182 reunion. Then, in an exclusive interview with MTV News, Hoppus said that he and DeLonge were "friends" again, and that "the future is wide open" for a Blink reunion.
Before we get too ahead of ourselves, let's get back to this Sunday. It's not known whether Blink will be doing anything besides presenting at the Grammys, but the fact that they were sandwiched between Kate Beckinsale and Natalie Cole in a press release also announcing Diddy, Green Day, LL Cool J and Will.I.Am as presenters seems to indicate that they won't be doing much else.

fucking a tom give this shit up
gee i dont even care if he goes back to blink or not, but do some fucking rock or something
I'm so sick of this pixie eating, lickamade pop spacey bullshit. Its such worthless music. Trying to be complex with sounds and effects but yet the whole foundation of each song is so limited to a simple beat and bass line.
I would rather him be a dave grohl *shudder* than this whole 'look at me, I'm complex because I make revolutions happen and I incorporate NASA into my songs'
What is so fucking cool about NASA? NASA sucks balls. If they were ever doing their job, we would already have contact alien life and would have had an epic battle like in "Independence Day", \
which would have been awesome because when that movie came out I wanted to be a fighter pilot like Will Smith, but no apparantly in the Air Force you don't bomb alien spaceships and infiltrate Alien security mainframes
why couldn't it be AVA who broke up?
cuz ya know, they suck.
